Our delivery area is only limited for the mentioned zones for now until the capacity is improved. Any orders placed outside our delivery area, we reserve the right to cancel it (you will be notified via email). You will be notified during checkout if the delivery is not available in your area.
The minimum purchase will be QAR 150 for Food and Non-Food and we charge QAR 20 delivery.
Delivery of Electronics inside Doha (TV & appliances) big items is FREE OF CHARGE if your order value exceeds QAR 500 .
While purchasing your item(s), please remember to provide us with a mobile phone number. Our dedicated delivery team will call you when they are on their way to give you an estimated time of arrival.

Returns and Refund Policy

Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the day you receive your item, only if the product is brand new, in a re-sellable condition and the consumables & accessories are still sealed in having all the packing. Based on that exchange or refund can be granted within the 14 days. It must also be in the original packaging and no longer than 24 hours after receiving if it's a high Perishable item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
